If you purchase any item from our standard collections (products without custom text, personalized names, or custom uploaded photos), you enjoy our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original resalable condition.
- Your Choice: You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a free size/color exchange.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We love creating unique, made-to-order apparel customized specifically for you! Personalized products include items featuring your custom names, dates, custom text, or uploaded photos.
- Custom Orders: Because these items are printed on demand exclusively for you and cannot be rehomed or resold, personalized items are exempt from standard returns for change of mind or wrong size selection.
- Ordering Tip: We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide on the product page before placing your custom order to ensure the perfect fit.

🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email Us: Send an email to piconshirt@gmail.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Pack Your Return: Place the unwashed, unworn item securely in its packaging.
- Ship It Back: Send the parcel to our company address listed below.
- Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
⏱️ Order Cancellation & Modifications
Need to make a change? You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After 2 hours, custom production begins, and orders can no longer be cancelled.
