Can I preview my design before ordering?

Where a product includes our online design or preview tool, you can review your personalization before placing your order. Please carefully check spelling, names, ages, and other custom information before completing your purchase.

Can I make changes to or cancel my personalized order?

Because personalized products enter production quickly, changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible and within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error or need to make a change.

Where Does PicOnTshirt Ship From?

Where does PicOnTshirt ship from?

PicOnTshirt fulfills orders from locations in the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands. We generally ship your order from the location closest to your delivery address in order to reduce transit time.

Orders to Canada are currently shipped from the United States. Orders to Spain and Italy may be fulfilled from France or the Netherlands depending on the design and production location.

Because these fulfillment locations are already within the relevant market or customs area for many destinations, customers generally do not need to deal with international customs clearance for orders fulfilled locally.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take to the USA?

For orders delivered within the continental United States, production and printing typically take 1 business day. We then normally use expedited carrier services such as FedEx, with transit typically taking another 1–2 business days.

This means many continental U.S. orders can arrive in approximately 2–3 business days after the order is placed, depending on the order time, production schedule, and carrier service.

Some remote locations, U.S. territories, overseas military addresses, and other exceptional delivery areas may require additional transit time.

How much is shipping to the USA?

Shipping within the United States is $4.99. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States.

How much is shipping to Europe?

Shipping within Europe is €4.99. Orders of €60 or more qualify for free shipping within Europe.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. PicOnTshirt ships to customers across Europe and North America using our international and local fulfillment network.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow the shipment.

How do I find the right size?

How should I wash and care for my custom apparel?

Our cotton garments are machine washable. For the longest-lasting fabric and print quality, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your product and avoiding excessive high-heat drying.

Can I return a personalized or custom-made item?

Personalized and custom-made products are produced specifically for you and therefore are generally not eligible for returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, our quality guarantee still applies. If we make a printing error, produce the product incorrectly, or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us.

What if my personalized shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and provide an appropriate replacement or refund according to our quality guarantee.
